The Agent Door is the direct agent website. With Delta Media Group's brokerage web system, each agent gets their own independent real estate website. The agent website is customizable in both content and appearance, and serves as the agent's online identity. The Broker Door is linked to it, and the agent website also stands alone as its own independent marketing piece. Each agent receives a unique URL for their agent website, and can point additional domains to it. The Home Door is the most unique of the three Delta Doors. Each listing on the brokerage and agent websites receives a unique URL automatically. These URLs take the consumer directly to the listing's website, allowing a more effective call-to-action from listing ads. If the listing belongs to an agent within the brokerage, the listing website will automatically open inside the agent's website. Once inside the Home Door, consumers can view listing photos and information pulled from the MLS, in addition to listing content, photos and virtual tours added to the site by the real estate agent. Consumers can also calculate payments on the default mortgage calculator, print fliers of the listing, save the listing in their My Home Finder portfolio account, ask the agent questions about the listing, schedule a showing, E-mail the listing to a friend, view automated school and community reports from the listing's region, view the listing on a map, or search for additional real estate in that listing's region.
